We are extremely excited about opening up a 4 week “Running club” in preparation for MURPH. Our focus will be on longer running workouts to build our volume. There is no prior experience needed. Just show up ready to work hard!
All proceeds collected will be donated to the weekly fight after MURPH. There will be a link attached to this email with more information about the amazing things the weekly fight hosts.
